Pick one unreached people group on Joshua Project and pray for them by name at dinner for a year. Put them on your small group's standing agenda too.
What you'll need
- Joshua Project, and one group picked on purpose rather than at random
- A printed map or photo taped up where you eat
- A one-year commitment, written on the calendar
Pitfalls
- Pick one and stay. Rotating groups every month means you never learn anything.
- Print a photo and stick it on the fridge. Kids pray for faces, not statistics.
- Read one news story a month from that country, so it stays a real place.
