Tell two or three nearby friends they have a standing airport ride — any flight, any hour, and you actually mean the 5am ones.

Pitfalls
- Say it before they book, so they plan on you instead of defaulting to a rideshare.
- Show up ten minutes early with coffee for the early ones.
- Take the return pickup too — the tired end of the trip is the end that matters.
