Pitfalls

Don't pitch it as a program. Pitch it as five people with a group text who can buy a crib by Thursday.
Volunteer to be the one who watches the inbox, or it dies in committee.
Small needs are most of the traffic. A $60 bed rail keeps a placement from falling apart.
