Ten groups Scripture names specifically — not as suggestions, but as the people God's people are always for. Start with one. Stay with them.
Those without enough to eat — at your intersection, in your school district, two doors down.
"If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness." — Isaiah 58:10
Children without parents — through foster care, adoption, mentoring, or supporting the families who say yes.
"Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction." — James 1:27
Those who have lost a spouse — practical help, presence, and the long quiet work of remembering.
"Father of the fatherless and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation." — Psalm 68:5
Those in material need — neighbors, the working poor, families one missed paycheck from crisis.

Those bound by substances or compulsions — and the families who love them through it.

Victims of trafficking, abuse, and injustice — the ones whose voices have been taken from them.

Those behind bars, those leaving prison, and the children whose parents are inside.

The weak, the sick, the elderly, the unborn, the disabled — anyone the world overlooks.

People groups who have never heard the name of Jesus — the next neighbor, the next nation.

God's covenant people — pray for them, stand with them, never stop loving the people from whom the Messiah came.
