1. Service Description

45 Book Summaries operates a set of opt-in Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS programs. Messages are generated and sent programmatically by our backend application; no human composes or sends individual messages. Each program is separate and individually opt-in:

• Habit Builder — a 30-day, automated two-way habit-coaching program. You set a goal and choose your reminder schedule; the application sends scheduled prompts and generates an automated coaching response when you reply. Ends automatically after 30 days.
• 30-Day Gratitude Journal — a 30-day, automated two-way program that sends a daily prompt asking you to text three things you are grateful for, returns an automated reflective response, and sends a recap at the end of each week and at the end of the 30 days. Ends automatically after 30 days.
• Family Events — an informational program delivering family-friendly activity suggestions and reminders.

For Habit Builder and the Gratitude Journal, this is automated two-way conversational messaging: the application receives your replies and generates an automated response. It is not a live person-to-person chat.

2. Eligibility & Opt-In

These A2P SMS programs are available to U.S. mobile users who voluntarily opt in to a specific program by submitting that program's signup form with a valid U.S. mobile phone number and an affirmatively checked, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox:

By opting in to a program, you consent to receive recurring automated A2P SMS messages from 45 Book Summaries for that program. Consent to one program is not consent to any other. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. Messaging Details

• Operator: 45 Book Summaries
• Program type: Application-to-Person (A2P), automated
• Habit Builder: 30-day duration; up to one reminder per day on your selected days, plus automated responses to your replies
• 30-Day Gratitude Journal: 30-day duration; one daily prompt plus an automated response to your reply, with a weekly and a final recap
• Family Events: ongoing; approximately 3–5 messages per week
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier
• Supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT at any time to unsubscribe from that program
• Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or email support@45booksummaries.com

4. Cost

The service is free to the end user. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

5. Opt-Out & STOP Instructions

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the program's number. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from that program unless you re-subscribe.

6. Help & Support

Text HELP to the program's number for support. You will receive a reply with instructions on how to get help, contact information, and a reminder of how to opt out. You may also contact the service operator directly with any questions.

7. Acceptable Use & AI-Generated Content

Habit Builder and the Gratitude Journal generate automated responses using AI. These responses are for general encouragement and informational purposes only and are not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or health information through the service. The Family Events program sources event information from public listings that may not always be accurate or up to date; users should independently verify event details before attending.

8. Limitation of Liability

These automated programs are provided "as-is" for informational and self-improvement purposes. The service operator is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated responses or in third-party event data, or for any decisions made in reliance on them.

9. Privacy & Mobile Information

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as message delivery via Twilio or automated message processing via DeepSeek, is permitted solely to operate the service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
